Founded as Auction Holdings and Acquisitions, Inc. (AHA) the company was initially dedicated solely to wholesale acquisitions and remarketing of quality luxury and exotic automobiles. Increased demand for quality and affordability in the retail marketplace eventually resulted in expansion to include a retail facility and warehouse under the d/b/a Atlanta Auto Source.

In early 2006 our retail division fell victim to trade-name infringement which subsequently lead to a change of name in order to protect our reputation. Since the discussion of a transformation to a name more indicative of our core competence had been tabled for some time it was decided the best solution. After applicable Trademark registration, the new entity - German & Exotic Auto Remarketing Specialists and the acronym G.E.A.R.S® - was established as the new marketing arm for AHA in September 2006.

While we remarket a broad range of quality performance luxury and exotics, our volume is predominantly Porsche. Our wholesale division is dedicated to marketing support for dealers, financial institutions and wholesale entities throughout the region. Our knowledge and dedication to the Porsche mark provides these companies with a dependable remarketing affiliate when it comes to exotics. AHA does not operate a "car lot". While we do sell many cars direct "to the public" our core business is wholesale support for our dealers hence the term "Brokers".

In the retail market, our quality standards and services are simply unmatched. While the majority of retail units are secured via Pre-order, some are offered for sale online and in our facility. Most units are available only for a short time as we hold them in our facility until the next Exotic Auction. Trades and/or other holdings we acquire that are of poor quality are sent directly to auction where they remain until the next sale. We simply do not keep any unit at our facility that does not meet or exceed our exacting standards.

AHA and its subsidiaries exist on a foundation built on solid business ethics, quality, competitive pricing and customer service.
